If transaction (chosen condominium value) is less than $500 USD, the difference between the transaction amount and the prize value will not be returned to the winner. If transaction exceeds $500 USD winner is responsible for the difference. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Eligibility & Limitations: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry, and who have computer access, an e-mail address and Internet access as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Endless Vacation Rentals and Dunhill Vacations and any others associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. How to Enter: Complete the online submission form by submitting your e-mail address and subscribing to receive Dunhill Vacation News. All entries must be received by 5:00 EST on December 1, 2008. No limit to the numbers of entries per person. Entries will be submitted upon subscription and each time the Dunhill Vacations Member refers a friend that also successfully subscribes to receive Dunhill Vacation News.

Winning: On December 2, 2008 the winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Ilizabeth Sutera, Editor of Dunhill Vacation News, in Florida, from among all eligible entries received. Dunhill Vacations will announce the winning sweepstakes entry in the Dunhill Vacation News newsletter on or about 10 days after the winner has been verified. The potential Prize Winner must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for the prize. The winning email address must be an active subscriber of Dunhill Vacations (subscribed and deliverable). The winner will be contacted via email and have 10 days to respond, fill out the paper work and accept the sweepstakes prize. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the email address supplied, if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. .

Odds of Winning: One out of the amount of entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. For example, if there are 1000 entries, the odd of winning is: 1 of 1000. Final number of entries is unknown until the sweepstakes has ended.

Terms: Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. $200 credit towards the Endless Vacation Rental property must be redeemed in a single transaction within one year from receipt by winner of RCI Digital Code and is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only. Once the reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. Dunhill Vacations and Endless Vacation Rentals, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by the contestant winners. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, provincial, local, and municipal taxes related to winning this prize. Claiming prizes: Potential Winners must sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility (or in Canada a Declaration of Compliance), and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within ten (10) days of issuance or Prize may be forfeited. Conditions: Participants release and agree to hold harmless Dunhill Vacations, Resort Rental, LLC, and their parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries or its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the promotion, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery, participation in this Sweepstakes, or participation in any of this Sweepstakes' related activity.
